PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Leadership Camp is known by students as “The Best Week Ever”.  Leadership Camp is an intensive leadership development experience in which students explore the motto of “THINK.CARE.SERVE.” Participants are taught the process for creating a Leadership Action Plan (LAP) that can be used to create a lasting change at UNH or in the community.  The leadership challenge identifies five practices of exemplary leaders and one of the themes guides each day:

  • Encouraging the Heart
  • Inspiring a Shared Vision
  • Challenging the Process
  • Enabling Others to Act
  • Modeling the Way

This program is in conjunction with the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership (OSIL).
