MS in Accounting

We are accepting applications for the 2017/2018 academic year.

MS Accounting Fall Admissions – 2017
Fall Admission* Application Due: April 1, 2017

MS Accounting Spring Admissions – 2017
Accelerated Masters*** Application Due: November 15, 2016
January Admissions **** Application Due: October 15, 2016

***Accelerated Masters - If you are a Paul College senior undergraduate with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and you would like to take one graduate level MSA course in the spring of your senior year, please select accelerated masters on the online application. You must apply by November 15, 2016. If you are accepted to the accelerated master’s program, you will be expected to take one MSA graduate level course in the of spring 2017. The graduate course cannot be used towards the undergraduate degree.
****January Admission - Spring admissions option is open to all applicants on a space available basis. If admitted applicants begin in the MSA program in January 2017, please select Spring and regular admission on the online application.

MSA applications received after the deadlines may be considered on a space-available basis.

GMAT Waiver

The GMAT is required for admission to the MS Accounting program. To register for the exam or for more tools to help you prepare for the exam, please visit the Graduate Management Admissions Council homepage.

*If current UNH undergraduate accounting options students or accounting undergraduate students from other AACSB accredited English speaking business schools meet one of the following conditions below, please e-mail hollie.dutton@unh.edu requesting a GMAT waiver:

Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher or Accounting Option GPA of 3.5 or higher

The MSA awards merit scholarships 
To be considered, please e-mail a one-page letter explaining your qualifications, desire and/or need for a scholarship to msa.info@unh.edu. The scholarships are competitive, so it is in the best interest of the applicant to apply early (i.e. before the application deadline). MA & PhD in Economics

Program Start: FALL (August)

Completed Admissions File Due By: April 15
(Admissions recommendation emailed in 3-4 weeks)

The Admissions Committee will start reviewing applications after January 1.  Allow three to four weeks for an admissions decision. If you wish to be considered for merit-based financial aid (graduate research assistantships and tuition scholarships), it is recommended you complete your application by February 15th.
