A University of New Hampshire School of Law student with a biomedical engineering background who invented a clip to stop brain aneurysms has won this year’s UNH Paul J. Holloway Prize Innovation-to-Market competition, which includes a grand prize of $25,000 in celebration of the competition’s 25th anniversary.

Promising Student Entrepreneurs Present Business Ideas at UNH April 26
Fifteen teams of students will compete in the Bud Albin Challenge Round, the semi-final round of the Holloway Prize Innovation-to-Market Competition. The semi-final round will be held Friday, April 26, 2013, during the UNH Undergraduate Research Conference. The business plan competition runs from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.

Seniors concerned with finding a job after graduation can now turn to a website developed by a group of UNH alumni. EZCAO.com is a tool that graduating students can use to become connected with potential employers. It is free and easy to use...EZCAO (pronounced “easy-cow”) started when four UNH seniors decided to enter the Holloway Business Plan Competition in January.
