Corporate Consulting Project (CCP)


The MBA Corporate Consulting Project puts our Full Time MBA students in close working contact with major companies throughout the region to solve real-life business challenges. Past projects were as varied as:

  • Developing a disaster recovery plan for an international technology corporation;
  • Analyzing and monitoring the implementation of a new sales tool to determine its effectiveness in terms of customer profitability and retention;
  • Assessing current fuel forecasting and distribution inefficiencies, as well as proposing and managing remedial actions;
  • Developing and implementing a post-acquisition business assessment and evaluation process.
