Most professionals generate documents that will be read by others, including customers and prospective customers.

Grammatical errors, reviews, and re-works can often add weeks to a document generation process.  That can lead to lost revenue opportunities and productivity losses.

An improvement in business writing can have significant top and bottom line impact.

Testimonials

"I sought out the training to improve myself and help open more doors within the company.  I'd highly recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their writing. The course was very educational and provided good examples.  Cristy brought high energy to the classroom and created a friendly, fun, and relaxed atmosphere.  I look forward to other classes that might be offered.
Chris Tyler, Material Process Controller
BAE Systems
2016

"Cristy (no H) was easy to follow, listen to, and learn from. She maintains an energetic pace and made the class fun. There were good Q&A sessions and 2-way dialog. When an issue arose that she needed to look into she took that note, researched it during the break and shared the info. The candy was a welcome touch and added to the friendly atmosphere. Adding more technical examples would be welcomed."  2014 Participant

"Cristy is a great communicator, concise and detail-oriented."  2014 Participant

"A lot of good information provided. This will be very useful in the work we do…thanks." 2014 Participant

"I took the training to improve my writing skill and communication effectiveness. I would definitely recommend this course to other co-workers because I think it will be just as beneficial to reduce the document claims during reviews and it will ensure we are all consistent in preparing documents."  2014 Participant

"Cristy is an exceptional and engaging presenter."  2014 Participant

"I’m writing test plans and procedures. This was an excellent and informative course. Cristy is an exceptional speaker."

"Was working on a program that required test requirements documents be generated and delivered to the customer. The course was found to be well presented, with excellent material and contained information that can be used by all personnel, regardless of position, in their daily work roles within the company."

"Much of my work does require reading comprehension and developing written material for my customers. This instructor presented the “Professional and Technical Writing Program” material expertly. Cristy has a total grasp of the English language and how it works in a highly technical environment. Cristy has employed, very successfully, memory and techniques for the concepts in each of the topics covered."

"Initially sought training for professional writing skills. Teacher was very engaging and energetic. Easy to listen to and pay attention to. I liked how basic material/common errors were reviewed and brought to the class’ attention in order to avoid lack of credibility."
