Amy Crosby oversees the UNH Nutritional Science Field Experience students at the Dover Public School District. She is currently on the Wellness Committee charged with overseeing improvement in school food and educating the students about healthful food choices, agriculture and the local food system (Farm to School).
Amy is a member of Slow Food Seacoast and USA (Time for Lunch campaign), Seacoast Eat Local, Chefs Collaborative and Food Alliance.
